Inspiring tomorrow’s Climate Friendly Travel Champions.

                     SUN^x Malta will host the Third Climate Friendly Travel Youth Summit SEYS 3 from Malta, on April 27th  2023 from 15:00 - 17:00 CEST

• To strengthen the “Clean & Green” spirit that Maurice Strong showed half a century ago, when he launched the UN Climate & Sustainability Framework.

To highlight the role of young leaders in building a global Climate Friendly Travel System.

To re-affirm our Pledge to support the World’s Poorest States in Climate Resilience and Emission Reduction.

To launch the 2023 Strong Earth Awards to be presented at “Shiftin” Les Roches Switzerland

 

SEYS is an annual tribute to Maurice Strong, climate activist for over 50 years and Secretary General of the first "Earth Summit" in 1972 and second Earth Summit in 1992. The event, organized by SUN^x Malta (Strong Universal Network) will highlight the need for a clean and green future for the tourism sector, in accordance with Maurice's vision, Paris 1.5 and the SDGs
