My name is Dick Rario Mark, from the beautiful Western province of Solomon Island (Vella la vella, Roviana, Kolombangara & Choiseul). I am a graduate tourism student with a diploma certificate in Travel & tourism. I am fond of working for the Tourism and hospitality way back in high school; mainly because I want to make my beautiful country known to the world via tourism and also I want to travel the world as well. Solomon Islands have many beautiful places and loving people as well; a place where different ethnic groups of people mingled together in harmony.

I'm Shona Fafale from the Solomon Islands. With a strong background in youth work and tourism, I am passionate about making a positive impact on communities and promoting sustainable travel practices. I thrive on learning and exploring new opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. 

I am honored to be a recipient of one of the SUNx Malta CFT Diploma scholarships that they have in partnership with the Institute of Tourism Studies in Malta. This innovative program has been a transformative experience, allowing me to delve into new areas of knowledge and skills within the tourism industry. I am excited to continue my journey of learning and contributing to sustainable tourism practices through this unique opportunity the Climate Friendly Travel Diploma Program as the Chapter Leader for Solomon Islands.
