I am a Burundian working in the Tourism industry with years of experience in Customer service and care. I am passionate about this industry and what it has to offer in terms of social, cultural and economic positive change. I am presently on my 2-year diploma course through SUNx Malta in collaboration with ITS Malta, focusing on Climate Friendly Travel.
